Shipping Policy

It takes up to 2-3 business days to process from the date of order received. PRE-ORDERS will be notified by email when yo can expect your order to be ship.

As soon as you order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number and you can track the delivery through usps.com.

Shipping is a flat rate fee of $5.00 for domestic orders. 

International Shipping

Shipping to Canada has a flat rate fee of $12.00. All other International shipping has a flat rate fee of $18.00. CARIBE SOCIAL is not responsible for international duties and fees determined by recipient country.

Stolen, Lost or Damaged Packages 

Having a package stolen, lost or damaged can be upsetting, unfortunately CARIBE SOCIAL cannot be held responsible. Please double check your address is correct.

If your package is lost in transit its the carrier's responsibility. In this case the customer should reach out to USPS directly. (www.usps.com)
